Liverpool
is a popular location for shopping. Its centre is compact enough to see
most of the stores in a day. The main streets, which contain most of the
well-known names in high street shopping, are pedestrianized. There are
two modern indoor shopping centres at Clayton Square and St John's Precinct
where there is also a permanent daily market. Cavern Walks shopping centre
in the Cavern Quarter has many small specialist shops and cafés. The Albert
Dock is great for that special present from one of it's souvenir, craft
or gift shops. The good news is - they are open 7 days a week. |
