Going for Gold

The newly formed Liverpool Customer Care Focus Group met last week to decide the way ahead. Its members include not only Major Hotels but also businesses and Public Organisations. The aim of the group is to open a centre of excellence, which will raise levels of service to visitors of Hotels, Pubs and Restaurants. Gary Bickley Chairman of Liverpool Hoteliers said: Our aim is to raise standards of service to be better than the rest of the country. There is nothing wrong with aiming at excellence."
