No Date for Cilla

Cilla Black has pulled out of presenting a plaque in honour of John Lennon, after members of his family objected. The Blind Date host was set to unveil the blue plaque in a ceremony tomorrow but Lennon's relatives said they'd rather a family member had the honour. Lennon's cousin Stanley Parks will now present the plaque at the Liverpool ceremony to mark the 20th anniversary of the death of the former Beatle.7/12/2000
